What is a retainer?
Opting for a retainer plan means that each month certain number of hours of the Studio schedule time which will be set aside for you. These consultation hours maybe used for urgent queries, minor theme updates (including update of theme related pages, and content updates on the theme: text, video, images), inventory management (including product and collection updates), research into specific request, writing step-by-step instructions, and best practice advice. Below is a selection of options which have been tailored based on the needs of multiple clients and their experience.
BASIC RETAINER
up to 3 h/m
EUR 315 p/m
Available only for young brands and starting businesses. Save 15% compared to basic per hour rate. Customer support via email only.

CLASSIC RETAINER
up to 5 h/m
EUR 500 p/m
Suitable for existing businesses, which require more regular updates. Save 20% compared to basic per hour rate.

PREMIUM RETAINER

EUR 950 p/m
Recommended for well-established businesses with the need for frequent requests or if you have high volume content updates. Save 25% compared to basic per hour rate.

Opting for a retainer plan means that each month certain number of hours of the Studio schedule time which will be set aside for you. These consultation hours maybe used for urgent queries, minor theme updates (including update of theme related pages, and content updates on the theme: text, video, images), inventory management (including product and collection updates), research into specific request, writing step-by-step instructions, and best practice advice.

The rates above do not include complex technical development.
If your request implies complex interventions as a result of which we will need to engage a subcontractor for the development on your behalf, these services will be estimated and invoiced separately.
This service will be re-invoiced to you as an expenses receipt by us upon presentation of invoices.

For non-urgent inquiries which don’t require imminent assistance, please allow for up to 48 hours turnaround time.

Our payment system operates on a subscription basis through Stripe payment link, automatically charging for each month from the start of subscription. The payment is executed for the month ahead on a pre-payment basis.
If you are not able to subscribe to your payment plan via the link, please feel free to email us and we will be able to issue an invoice.
If you are paying via a direct invoice: the retainer operates on a monthly pre-payment basis, which will be invoiced for at the start of the monthly period. The payment should be delivered between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

Should the time needed to complete a client request go beyond the allocated hours per month limit, the client may use some of the unused hours from the previous one-month period, which automatically rollover to the next month, but not for the month after. Should the time allocated go beyond available hours, the client will be charged at a standard per hour rate.
Repair of the issues which occurred due to manipulations of the client or work of another developer cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation must be communicated at least 15 working days in advance of the payment.
A minimum of two month engagement is mandatory.
Refund for the current month will not be issued.
